What paper is used for printing?

I use a museum-grade paper, Hahnemuhle Photo Rag. It’s a heavyweight matt paper made of 100% cotton rag. 

Where do you ship prints?

How long will it take for my print to ship?

All work is printed to order, so please allow for 2 weeks for printing and dispatch. For faster dispatch times, please get in touch: hello@rozzad.com. 

How much is shipping?

For all UK orders, it’s a flat fee of £3

For all European orders, it’s a flat fee of £5

For all orders outside the UK and Europe, it’s a flat fee of £7

How long does it take for my print to be delivered?

Please allow 2 weeks for printing and dispatching. Due to current Covid related postal delays, from the moment of dispatch, orders can take up to 5 working days for delivery in the UK and up to 10 working days for the rest of world. 

I can't spot a size I want, can I order a custom size print?

I ordered the wrong size print, what should I do?

What's your returns policy?

All prints are made to order and are non refundable.
